of the home. Design drafting of the preliminary floor plan.
Step 3: Refine floor the plan, make any changes necessary to fit budget and lifestyle. Final cost estimation is prepared. Step 4: Prepare contract for signing along with working set of blueprints. Arrange and finalize mortgage financing. Step 5: Break ground; project underway. Approximately 8 - 10 week building process for RTM's and 12 weeks for onsite construction. Step 6: Move in to your beautiful new home! |
