One option for building an onsite "custom built home" is to build an RTM (Ready To Move) home. An RTM has some advantages over custom building on-site.
  • A custom built RTM can reduce building time by as much as 2 to 3 weeks.
     
  • An RTM can be built at a lower cost than an on-site custom built home.
     
  • Original or existing house locations can be used with a minimum of inconvenience to the home owner.
     
  • An RTM can be moved to remote locations where power and building supplies may be limited.
     
  • An RTM is built stronger than an on-site home to enable it to be moved.
     
  • RTMs are all built to a minimum of Manitoba and National Building Code levels.
